After living in the city for most of my adult life, I ventured back to the country where I grew up near Hanover, Minnesota, on Lake Charlotte. My husband and I built our home on a 1.5 acre lot which allowed us to have space to garden and incorporate containers into the hardscape. I have always loved the look of window boxes on the exterior of a home, and now I could have them. Let’s just say, I have found a new passion!
Sherry Preparing for Winter Installs
After living in our home for 10 years and having a renewed love for nature and the inspiration it gave to me, I decided to pursue my newly found passion for flowers and start my own business. I have always loved working with color and design and felt the need to have a creative outlet again. My business is unique because I offer five installations a year in container gardening: pre-spring, spring, summer, fall, and winter. I also work with fresh cut flowers to design floral bouquets and centerpieces for special events and weddings. If you do not have a green thumb and would like a permanent arrangement made for your home or office, I do custom orders. After all, that is where it all started for me.
